Lost became a world wide hit in 2004. It was created by JJ Abrams, who also created the smash-Hit show Alias which sadly is ended its run this year after 5 years. But that means Abrams can spend more time on Lost in the third season, Lost has almost twenty major cast members.

Season 3! Lost began to air it's third season in America on Abc on the 4th October 2006. With 23 episodes!. They are showing six episodes upto November then they  have a break until Febuary where they will show the last 17 episodes.

Channel 4 lost the rights to Skyone but Channel 4 can still show seasons 1 and 2 when they want as they hold the rights.
